Approval Granted for MILLER'S GRANT - July, 2008
On Thursday, July 24, 2008, the Maryland Department of Aging granted Carroll Lutheran Village of Westminster, MD, approval to proceed with the development of The Lutheran Village at MILLER'S GRANT, a faith-based, non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community in Ellicott City, MD. Geary K. Milliken, President and CEO of Carroll Lutheran Village, indicates that "this approval means that MILLER'S GRANT can now accept 10% deposits on homes and apartments to be built on the 50-acre site just off Frederick Road." Lutheran Village at MILLER'S GRANT Sponsors Free Evening Concert at Ellicott City Senior Center. - August 2009 More...Seniors from Howard County and surrounding areas got a real glimpse into the lifestyle that will be offered by the Lutheran Village at MILLER'S GRANT, a proposed continuing care retirement community planned for construction in Ellicott City. The free concert was held on August 18, 2009 at 7:00PM a tthe Ellicott City Senior Center on Frederick Road, which is located next to the Lutheran Village at MILLER'S GRANT property.
Lutheran Village at MILLER'S GRANT is a proposed continuing care retirement community subject to approval by the Maryland Department of Aging.
