> What is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)

A Continuing Care Retirement Community, also known as a Life Plan Community, offers a continuum of care – independent living, assisted living, short-term rehabilitation and long-term care all on the same grounds. CCRCs provide a maintenance-free lifestyle, engaging activities and comprehensive services and amenities. In addition, there are a variety of housing options including apartments to single-family homes.

> What health services are available?

We keep you at your best at every stage of life. Maintain your independence, while enjoying the peace of mind that comes from knowing that we offer assisted living, short-term rehabilitation and long-term care services in our onsite Health Center. Our “person-centered” approach keeps you on a successful path to health and wellness.

 

> Is there a minimum age requirement?

Yes. You must be at least age 60 on the day you move in.
