Visitation
All visitors must check in at the Terrace level front desk/concierge to complete a visitor health screening questionnaire, have their temperature taken and wash/sanitize their hands prior to entering the community. Individuals will not be allowed to enter the community if there is a risk concern based on the risk assessment.
Visitors and caregivers who arrive prior to a team member being at the concierge desk will need to call Security at 410-507-7566 to be screened. Residents should notify their visitors and caregivers of this process.
Residential Living
Visitors are permitted seven days a week.
Visitors may visit residents in their apartments or houses as well as designated outdoor visiting spaces. The following must be followed when visiting:
- Indoor Visits
- Visits are encouraged to take place in the resident’s apartment, house.
- Vaccinated visitors are permitted in common areas, including dining venues. Visitors must provide proof of vaccination. This can include a copy or photo of their vaccination card.
- COVID-19 safety protocols should be observed during visits, including:
- Wearing a mask, the entire time in the community, except in a dining venue
- Maintaining a social distance of six feet, except for visitors who show proof of their COVID-19 vaccination
- Using hand sanitizer prior to completing our screening form and washing hands at the beginning and end of the visit
- Guest rooms are available for reservation for vaccinated visitors only. Proof of vaccination is required.
- Overnight guests in apartments or homes are permitted but need to follow the following guidelines:
- Visitors will either need to show proof of vaccination and/or a negative COVID-19 test prior to the visit.
- Residents who plan to have an overnight guest, should contact the front desk at 410-696-6700 or Brittany Wartmann at 410-696- 6712 or bwartmann@millersgrant.org.
- Unvaccinated guests will not be able to use the common areas.
Health Care and Assisted Living

Indoor visits are permitted. All unvaccinated visitors must wear a mask and socially distance. We highly encourage vaccinated visitors to practice the same safety protocols. All visitors must wear a mask in common areas at all times. Visits are permitted during an outbreak on the Assisted Living and Health Care units, but please be aware of the risks associated with continued visitation. All residents and Power of Attorney’s will be notified if the facility is experiencing an outbreak. Assisted Living and Health Care
Fully vaccinated residents may now participate in dining and programming unmasked without socially distancing if all other residents and team members are fully vaccinated. If one resident or team member is unvaccinated, everyone needs to wear a mask and socially distance.
The dining room and Pub are open for residents. Reservations are required for the Pub; call 410-696-6756 or email reservations@millersgrant.org.

Monthly and as-needed updates are provided to residents, family and team members.
