May 20, 2019 – Michelle Rosenheim, Executive Director at The Lutheran Village at Miller’s Grant, has been elected to the Howard County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.  The Ellicott City resident was elected to her first two-year term at the Chamber’s annual membership meeting on May 16.

The Howard County Chamber of Commerce has more than 730 business members.  It works to connect businesses and people to one another, advocate for legislative and economic policies and legislation, and provide affinity programs and opportunities to its members.

“As a Howard County resident and manager of a retirement community with over 350 residents, I am personally and professionally invested in this community,” said Rosenheim.  “Joining the Board allows me to support and serve Howard County businesses as well so that our entire community thrives.”

Rosenheim, who has two decades of experience in senior living management, also serves on the State Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators and is a certified preceptor of the nursing home Administrator-In-Training Program.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management with a minor in Business Administration from Towson University.

The Lutheran Village at Miller’s Grant is a faith-based not-for-profit continuing care retirement community in Ellicott City with 205 apartments, 36 homes, 20 assisted living suites and 12 nursing beds off Frederick Road next to the Charles E.
