Our Vice President of Sales and Marketing’s, Anne Kempsell, interview with Mary Ann Costin, director of communications and PR, reveals professional and personal insights. She shares why she chose to study Marketing and the various industries she’s worked in, including non-profits, health care and behavioral health services.

She met her husband at work for a former employer. The recently married couple care for two cats: Raven, a tri-pawed calico, and Sharpie, a black cat – hence the name.

The Howard County native and Carroll County resident joined LSMMD in June 2020. During her first year, she’s been an integral part of setting processes and procedures and establishing standards. She provides a wealth of information about digital and traditional marketing communications that reach and engage target audiences while following best practices for each medium.
