Lutheran Village at Miller’s Grant’s Executive Director Appointed by Governor

Lutheran Village at Miller’s Grant’s Executive Director Michelle Rosenheim was recently sworn in, for a second four-year term, as a board member to the Maryland Department of Health Board of Examiners of NursingExecutive Director Home Administrators (BENHA) at the Howard County Courthouse. She was first appointed to the board in 2018 by Governor Hogan.

BENHA’s mission is to protect the citizens of Maryland and to promote quality health care in the field of long-term care by:

  • Licensing and certifying nursing home administrators.
  • Receiving and resolving complaints from the public, courts, employers, insurance companies, and other licensees regarding nursing home administrators who may have violated the board’s law and regulations.
  • Setting standards for the practice of nursing home administrators that reflect new and emergent developments in the proactive of long-term care through regulations and legislation.

Rosenheim stated, “It’s truly a pleasure to serve on this board,” and looks forward to continuing to support the board’s mission.
