Vice President of Operations, Ken Connelly, recently interviewed Executive Director Michelle Rosenheim. Discover how her path in health care, from being a 14 year-old working in dining services, lead her to now leading a community.
The Baltimore City and county native, who initially wanted to be a teacher, is a mother of two and Peloton Bike enthusiast, exercising seven days a week. But her drive doesn’t stop at home.
Most recently, she’s been leading the community in combatting and reducing the spread of COVID-19 and working on plans for growing the community as a result of upcoming construction projects. Though she never loses sight of her true focus – insuring residents have the best quality of life and experiences and love their decision to move to Miller’s Grant.
